A two-day hearing in the Victorian Federal Court is challenging the legality of the Australian Government's use of hotels as Alternative Places of Detention. The hotels have been used to detain Mostafa Azimitabar and hundreds of other refugees and asylum seekers and the hearing will argue that was unlawful under the Migration Act.
