Queensland Police banned Zachary Rolfe from applying for 10 years after failing to disclose 'violent behaviour' fine
An inquest into the death of Kumanjayi Walker has heard Constable Rolfe failed to disclose to police a fine received for "violent behaviour" or declare disciplinary matters with the Australian Defence Force.
