First Indigenous artifacts taken by James Cook to be repatriated

When James Cook landed in Kamay, Botany Bay, in April of 1770, his journal shows he took 40 spears from the beach. These were the first items taken by a European anywhere in Australia, and after years of advocacy, four spears will be returned to country from Trinity College in Cambridge.
