Jordan is among the most vulnerable in our society but she doesn't have the same rights as other Australian children

Jordan is 16. She's homeless, disabled and has been in the care of the state since she was four. Jordan has also spent 94 days in detention while on remand. Her case is another example of what advocates say is wrong with Queensland's youth justice system.
