I think the YouTube Sky News ban is pretty arbitrary and opaque so I found a bunch of similar videos still on their page yesterday and asked YouTube about it.

What a story from @knausc you might have missed. The government is paying a PR firm to take a copy of a PDF, attach it to an email, and send it out, without adding any additional detail on the vaccine rollout.
