First, the Governor-General's office should be able to point to the "administrative instrument" he signed. Where is it?
Second, the Dept of Prime Minister and Cabinet should be able to release documents that show when Scott Morrison took on these duties.

To constantly argue the stage 3 tax cuts are “already legislated” gives them a mythic, symbolic status they do not deserve. The government should scrap them; but first it needs to shift the conversation.
