Lawyers raise concerns about sexual harassment legislation
The federal government is preparing to legislate the remaining recommendations from the Respect at Work report. Lawyers and legal aid organisations are warning a measure which would require both sides in sexual harassment suits to pay their own costs will unfairly benefit employers and alleged perpetrators.
